Curry Puff


Hari tu buat inti murtabak. Ala, yg mcm inti karipap tu. Kulit popia takde, so aku guna paratha. Inti tu dah sedang2 elok je masinnya, tapi sebab kulit paratha tu pun dah masin, so dia jd mcm over masin la pulak. So, aku taknak la masak guna paratha lagi, nanti membazir je orang tak makan.

Sebab inti tu ada byk lagi, dan kebetulan pi tesco beli barang-barang dapur, aku beli kulit pastry yg dah siap2 uli tu. Tinggal potong2 jer.


Kalau buat inti curry puff aka inti karipap aka inti murtabak...haa.. kalau buat inti ni bebanyak, pastu kulitnya tu je lain2, dah dpt 3 jenis kuih...simpan dalam freezer, time nak makan je kita goreng... hidup biar mudah =)

Bahan-bahan:

  • Beberapa biji kentang
  • Semangkuk isi ayam / daging cincang
  • 2 biji bawang besar (didadu)
  • Secekak daun sup (hiris)
  • 3 sudu besar serbuk kari (bancuh ngan sedikit air jdkan pes)
  • Sedikit minyak utk menumis
  • Garam dan gula Sedikit air

Cara-cara:

  1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang besar
  2. Masukkan pes rempah kari
  3. Tumis hingga pecah minyak, then masukkan ayam/daging 
  4. Bila cam dah masak, masukkan kentang dan sedikit air 
  5. Masukkan sedikit garam dan gula 
  6. Masak hingga kentang empuk (mungkin perlu tambah air dari semasa ke semasa tp jgn byk2 sbb xnak inti ni basah sgt) 
  7. Tambahkan garam jika perlu 
  8. Bila dah empuk dan air dah kering, masukkan daun sup dan gaul rata 
  9. Sejukkan sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam kulit pastry.
